Carduus acanthoides

Thistle blossoms are simply a joy to look at, time and again. This one is just positioning its achenes so that it can then plaster incoming bumblebees from top to bottom with pollen.

Which clearly works well, because in summer you encounter them all over the city wherever there is not concrete and asphalt. Keep it up!
