I discovered this Star-of-Bethlehem blossom in the bee garden of the urban apiary at Munich’s Südpark. The flower consists of 6 petals and 6 carpels, creating a fascinating symmetry.

This image is also among the first that I have hanging in my home as a 60 x 60 cm pigment print.
