Photographing just a single flower from the inflorescence would have been boring when you can see them in completely different phases at the same time.
That is why we also call the image The Bouquet.

Their urge to reach the light seems to make them practically explode, so wildly and uncontrollably do they stretch their stamens outward like alien eyes! And of course, this flower is also inhabited, though you have to look very closely.
