I actually mistook this small red berry for a wild strawberry at first—but no, it is a mock strawberry! The explorers must have been tired of discovering, as they did not grant this beautiful little fruit a more original name.
I first found it in the last overgrown section of Munich’s Glockenbachstraße, but it can also be found at the Flaucher.
