Exhibition
13. July 2025 / 2. January 2026 by Hagen Wendt
On Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15, 2025, starting at 4 p.m., Green City will open the “Grüner Quirin” at St.-Quirin-Platz, an interim use in the pavilion at St. Quirin Platz as an event location and central contact point, a meeting place for urban nature, art and engagement.
Green City e.V. Opening of the “Grüner Quirin” Biodiversity Hub
The hub is being designed on the one hand by Munich artist Cassie Tumlinson. Her mural “Bring to Life” shows flowers in black and white and in color – whenever bees touch them. In addition, a biodiversity green wall installed there by Green City shows how innovative greening concepts can contribute to the preservation of biological diversity.
Inside, I am exhibiting 13 macro photographs of (wild) flowers and plants in 80x80cm format and 6 in 60x60cm format.
I am very pleased that my first public exhibition is coming about together with Green City. The many green spaces in the city initiated by Green City are a fantastic source of motifs – right on our doorstep, at our feet!
